A new way to think about companies

At UX Coach we are constantly improving the way in which we communicate our thinking about business and companies.

This emerging diagram will soon serve an important purpose of guiding ideation for projects and structures of things we create, especially commercial ventures.

Mission based businesses are all the talk of the moment.

And rightly so, because without a mission and a purpose even one single person will soon lose track of where they are heading, why and for what reason(s).

This digram helps us remember the improtant aspects of every venture, but then leads us to think quickly about 'outer' aspects of each one of those 6 areas of every successful business.

This is not a linear approach to things, but a much more holistic view on how it all ought to work.

These tessellated views are much more reflective of how nature creates things that can survive for a long, long time, rather than fail in less than 4 years time.

So, yes, it is biomimcry, but since designers will take inspiration from anywhere, why not take it from the best teacher of all .
